Which is important IQ or EQ ?

                      IQ or EQ IQ   ( Intelligent Quotient ) is a measure of a person's reasoning ability. It is used to know how well someone can use information and logic to answer questions to make predictions. Whereas EQ  ( Emotional Quotient ) is the level of your ability to understand other people. Emotional intelligence refers to a person's ability to perceive, control, evaluate and express emotions. Which is more important ? According to the research, individuals with strong leadership potential also tend to be more emotionally intelligent , which suggests that a high EQ is an important quality for business leaders and managers. But, IQ is still recognized as an important element of success, particularly when it comes to academic achievement. People with high IQs typically to do well in school, often earn more money, and tend to be healthier in general.

  VERBAL COMMUNICATION We all know that communication plays a role in our everyday life. Communication is a two - way process of giving and receiving information. It involves common ideas, concepts, imagination, behaviors, written content, opinions or information . But, do you know that there are different types of communication. Verbal Communication is a type of communication in which the information is shared by words or speech through mouth . It is done by a spoken language to transmit information. It is of 2 types : ·     Written Communication ·     Oral Communication It includes the information that people hear on radios, television, telephones, speeches, interviews, group discussions, face - to - face conversations, counseling, calls, memos, letters, notes, email, etc… Verbal Communication is also influenced by eye contact, gestures and facial expressions . The Origin of Noodles

                                                                       NOODLES Noodles   are a type of food made from unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut, stretched or extruded, into long strips or strings. Noodles can be refrigerated for short-term storage or dried and stored for future use. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, sometimes with   cooking oil   or   salt   added. They are also often   pan-fried   or   deep-fried . Noodle dishes can include a sauce or noodles can be put into soup. The material composition and geocultural origin is specific to each type of a wide variety of noodles.   The earliest Chinese noodles,don't appear as strands of dough- they were shaped into little bits, formed from bread dough, and thrown into a wok of boiling water. Thailand is a Southeast Asian country. It's known for tropical beaches, opulent royal palaces, ancient ruins and ornate temples displaying figures of Buddha. Thailand is also known as the Land of Smiles.  Here are the few inventions from Thailand : 1.         Inventions are something that has never been made before,or the process of creating something that has never been made before. India, officially the Republic of India, is a country in South Asia. It is the second-most populous country, the seventh-largest country by land area, and the most populous democracy in the world. Inventions have the potential to   completely change the way we perceive the world and carry out our daily duty.  Here are the few inventions that came from India : 1 . Zero             The most important contribution to the world and to the mathematical society. Without this,there will be no binary system and even computers.  Zero was invented by the great Astronomer and Mathematician  Aryabhata in the 5th Century used zero as a placeholder and in algorithms for finding square roots and cube roots in his Sanskrit treatises.     Indians were the first one to use ‘Zero’ as a symbol and in mathematical operations, such as addition, subtraction, etc. 2.
